This section provides information on all Tribunal Practice Notes.
Practice Note Number One
Gives notice of the procedures which the Tribunal intends to continue to follow regarding applications for interim name suppression by either party to a charge and applications for private hearings.
Practice Note Number Two
Gives notice of the procedures which the Tribunal intends to apply in respect to evidence and submissions by video-link and telephone conference.
Practice Note Number Three
Gives notice of the procedures which the Tribunal intends to apply in respect of the conduct of Expert Witnesses.
Practice Note Number Four
Gives notice of the principles and procedures that will follow concerning media coverage of any part of a hearing or other procedure by the Tribunal.
Practice Note Number Five
Gives notice of the procedures which the Tribunal intends to follow in regard to the issue of witness summonses under Schedule 1 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003.
Practice Note Number Six
Gives notice in accordance with clause 5, Schedule 1 to the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 concerning its written transcript. The Tribunal has jurisdiction to regulate its procedure in any manner it thinks fit, subject to the Act and any regulations.
Practice Note Number Seven
Gives notice of the procedure it intends to follow in making orders as to costs and expenses, under section 101(1)(f) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003.
